Two back-to-back traffic accidents occurred within less than 30 seconds at the same location on the bridge near the People's Committee of Nguyên Xá Commune, Đông Hưng District.

The primary cause of both incidents was reckless driving by students who were not wearing helmets, speeding, swerving, and encroaching on the opposite lane while riding motorbikes.
