The wrong judgement from the truck driver has led to terrible consequences. Three passengers were killed, with twenty others being injured. Worst of all, the train operator lost his leg. He slowed down the train from 160km/h to 140km/h after noticing the truck, which might have saved lives. The truck driver was found guilty of this incident, and sentenced by court. Something worth mentioning is that it is impossible to understand why nobody tries breaking through the barriers when found between them.
