A man was shot dead on the morning of Sunday, May 4, in the village of Santo Antônio do Tará, located in the rural area of ​​the municipality of Pedra, in the Agreste region of Pernambuco. The victim was identified as José Alexandre de Brito, 36 years old, from Venturosa, and known by the nickname “Daniel Tiringa”.

The Civil Police began investigations to identify the perpetrator and motive for the crime. The body was sent to the Institute of Forensic Medicine (IML) for the usual procedures.
