2 anglesA 45-year-old man was injured after being run over twice on Sunday night (16), in Dois Vizinhos in southwestern Paraná. The accident happened on Avenida Presidente Kennedy. Images, captured by security cameras, show that the man was crossing the street on foot when he was run over by the Honda CG Titan 160. After the impact, the motorcyclist lost his balance and fell to the road.The motorcycle driver got up, but the pedestrian remained lying on the street and moments later he was hit by a black Volkswagen Foz. The victim was dragged approximately four meters. The driver of the vehicle then fled the scene without providing assistance to the victim.The pedestrian was treated by rescuers and taken to the hospital, and was later transferred to the Southwest Regional Hospital. The 19-year-old motorcyclist was also treated by Siate with minor injuries and taken to the Emergency Care Unit (UPA). According to the Military Police (PM), it was found that the motorcyclist did not have a National Driving License (CHN). Information about Fox, who ran over the victim and fled the scene, can be passed on to the Civil Police on 197 or to the Military Police on 190.
