Philadelphia, PA - On August 12, 2014, at 11:30 pm, the complainant, a 51 year-old-male, went inside the Lucky Garden Chinese store located at 4671 Frankford Avenue to place a food order.

While inside an unknown black male entered the store and asked him for a light. When the complainant refused the male left the store. A short time later the same male entered the store and began to punch the complainant in the head and chest.

As the suspect was striking the complainant a 2nd unknown male wearing a black t-shirt entered the store helping the Suspect #1 by going into the complainant’s pockets and taking his wallet containing identification and $300.

After taking the complainant’s wallet both suspects fled on foot in an unknown direction. The complainant received lumps to his forehead and complained of pain in his ribs but did not seek medical treatment.
