A woman was arrested after being recorded on video attacking another woman who was allegedly her husband's "lover." The incident occurred in the department of El Paraíso.

According to the police report, the victim, identified as Sara Mejía, was drinking alcohol when the attacker Iris Alemán arrived, enraged because she was going out with her partner.

In the clip circulating on social media, both women can be seen pulling each other's hair, and suddenly, the fight turned into a horror scene, when one of the women threw her rival to the ground, grabbed her by the hair and hit her head against the floor until she broke her neck.

Moments later, one of the people present is seen pushing the attacker away while his opponent lies unconscious.
