A video surveillance camera recorded the moment when subjects aboard a white car opened fire on a Razer, leaving two people dead in the community of Santa Cruz Cuauhtenco in Zinacantepec last Thursday, November 7.

At the time of the shooting on Cuitláhuac street at the corner of Adolfo López Mateos, the Razer hit a light pole. At the same time, two young men were seen walking in the area, who ran for cover at the time of the incident.

Reports indicate that one of the fatalities was a resident of the community who was hit by a stray bullet while passing by.

It is worth mentioning that during the month of October, the municipality of Zinacantepec recorded three homicides.
