A man was brutally shot to death, this Friday morning (21), in front of a grocery store, in Parque São Cristóvão, in Salvador . The victim had his back turned to the perpetrator at the time of the incident.

The homicide took place at 8:35 am and was recorded by the establishment's security cameras. In the images, it is possible to see that the victim, identified as Agnaldo Silva Jambeiro, aged 52, is rummaging through the trunk of a car, when the criminal approaches from behind and fires shots at his head.

Military police officers from the 49th CIPM were called, arrived at the scene, verified the incident and called the Technical Police Department (DPT) to carry out the investigation and remove the body.

The investigation of the case is in the hands of the Civil Police, through the Department of Homicide and Personal Protection (DHPP). The perpetrator and motivation for the crime have not yet been identified.
