On the afternoon of Friday, November 8, it became known about a regrettable event that has brought mourning to a family in the city of Santa Marta.

In the incident , Samuel Armijo Nieto, a resident of Avenida del Río, lost his life after he intentionally threw himself into the tires of a tractor-trailer that was traveling along the Troncal del Caribe, near the Las Gaviotas motel.

A video from security cameras at the scene where the incident occurred began to circulate on social media, in which you can see the distressing moment when Samuel lost his life.

In the video, a man can be seen waiting on the sidewalk, as if he intended to cross the street. However, when the heavy vehicle approaches, it falls on him and he is crushed by the tires.
