The Volusia County Sheriff's Office said a driver was arrested Thursday night.

Deputies said they were trying to take a driver into custody who had felony warrants out of Seminole County.

When deputies approached 21-year-old Timothy Chiles' vehicle, they said he didn't follow their commands and "reversed into another deputy's vehicle approaching from behind."

Dash cam video captured the moment. According to deputies, Chiles then drove way, fleeing along Woodland Boulevard and State Road 472.

After stop sticks were used, Chiles ran into the woods, the Volusia County Sheriff's Office said.

Chiles was arrested on the charges of resisting arrest without violence, aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement, leaving the scene of a crash with damage along with other charges.
