A man has survived a dangerous fuel tanker explosion in Pavlodar. The fire broke out while the tanker was being filled with fuel. Footage shows the man walking on top of the vehicle when the explosion occurs. The oil depot worker miraculously survived. He was taken to Pavlodar City Hospital No. 1. The man, born in 1969, spent two days in the intensive care unit. He suffered burns to 20 percent of his body. His airways, head, back, thighs, and hands are burned. He also suffered fractures to both heel bones. Doctors say his condition is serious but stable.
