A video circulates on social networks revealing another angle of the murder of Jeff Gueiros Rocha, 46, which occurred after a traffic fight, at Conjunto José Tenório, in Serraria. The victim was shot on the 21st of this month and died three days later at the State General Hospital (HGE).

Footage recorded by a witness shows the victim arguing with the criminal police officer accused of the crime. Jeff is standing outside the officer’s car, who remains inside the vehicle.

The video shows the victim breaking and ripping off the driver’s side mirror. Then she goes to the front of the car and comes back to argue with the driver. It is at this moment that, through the window, the penal police officer shoots at Jeff.

In testimony to the police, witnesses reported that it all started when the accused hit the victim’s vehicle, which was parked, and then fled. Jeff then started a chase and managed to intercept the driver on a stretch of public road.

The accused was released after presenting himself to the Civil Police. He confessed to the murder, but claimed he acted in self-defense.
