This happened in Taiwan. The guy following on his moped was trying to convince her to let go.

Majority of the conversation:

Guy: "why are you doing this? It's too dangerous, just let go and follow the truck in a cab."

Guy: "it's not worth it, you will get in an accident, please let go of the car."

Woman: "I tried to reason with the tow truck driver but he won't listen, he left me no choice."

And they just repeat the same thing over and over again.
