The Little Rock Police Department has released footage from an officer-involved shooting, in which a 30-year-old man was killed, which shows the officer on the hood of a car firing at least 15 times into the windshield.

Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott told a conference on Thursday, that the video compiles footage and radio traffic from the February 22 incident.
