Saad Bin Radhi Al-Anzi, a Saudi national and Daesh militant, was executed by the Interior Ministry for the murder of his cousin, whom he lured into a desert area.Al-Anzi was convicted of various terrorist acts, including the killing of his cousin in the region of Hail.

The crime gained notoriety as it was videotaped, capturing the victim pleading for his life. Al-Anzi had also committed two other crimes, including killing two citizens at a police station and shooting a sergeant at a traffic department.

He was captured in a security operation in September 2015, during which an accomplice and a policeman were killed. The operation was prompted by a video shared on social media, helping authorities identify Al-Anzi as a Daesh loyalist involved in multiple killings.
