At about 5:36 pm in the southern district of Tainan City, a horrific car accident occurred in Section 2 of Jinhua Road. A white Mercedes car suddenly rushed at high speed and hit people who were taking out garbage. With the garbage truck, a total of 7 people were injured at the scene. People were directly hit by human sandwich pancakes.
