"SAN MARCOS, Texas – A suspect was arrested in connection to a fatal shooting that left two people dead near the Texas State University campus, according to San Marcos police.Jermiah Jayden Tobias, 19, was taken into custody just after 8 p.m. Saturday. A third man joined the altercation after stealing a necklace from one of the men. A fourth person, later identified as Tobias, then fired multiple shots.Anthony Barrera, 24, was pronounced dead at the scene by Hays County Justice of the Peace Jo Anne Prado.
