The Oklahoma City Police Department released a community briefing on an incident last month that left an Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office deputy dead and another wounded.Police said officers responded to 2221 SW 78th Street shortly after 1 p.m. on August 22 after a report of multiple gunshots in the area."It was learned quickly that deputies with the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office had exchanged gunfire with a person at this residence while serving an eviction notice," Oklahoma City police said in a statement.Benjamin Plank is accused of fatally shooting Sgt. Bobby Swartz and wounding Deputy Mark Johns. Johns has since been released from the hospital.
