A 26-year-old man choked his 18-year sister to death in public viee at a village in Meerut, as villagers, stopping to witness the crime, made videos of the incident until she was dead.

The accused was allegedly infuriated by his sister's stubborn behaviour to marry her paramour from another religion which led him to commit the crime.
