Police were responding to an anonymous tip about a stolen vehicle in Kalamazoo Sunday when man allegedly fired two shots before being fatally shot by an officer.

Nicholas Conklin, 33, of Battle Creek was shot and killed by a Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety officer around 10:40 a.m., Sunday, March 20.
