After a foot chase and several Taser deployments, Timothy Woulard Jr. (DOB 1/20/1987) was taken into custody. He had the keys to the hit-and-run suspect vehicle in his pocket along with several yellow rocks that tested positive for fentanyl.

Deputy Darcy also recovered a loaded handgun Woulard dropped while running.

Woulard was found to be on probation for homicide (manslaughter with a firearm). He was charged with violation of his probation (no bond) in addition to his new charges of DUI with damage, leaving the scene of a crash, possession of a firearm/ammo by a convicted felon, carrying a concealed firearm, resisting without violence, and possession of a controlled substance.
