Seth Berman, 34, was caught at a Target store in Atlanta, Georgia, stealing a 65 inch LG TV

Police body cam footage captures the moment the officer made the arrest

The man attempts to fight back, telling the officer 'I didn't do s**t!'

Bodycam footage shows the cop sprinting after Berman with his taser drawn and tackling him in the parking lot.

Berman was charged with felony shoplifting and felony obstruction and is currently in Grady Memorial Hospital for medical treatment.
