Two men on a motorcycle shot a man in northern Guayaquil. The business where he worked will close due to fears of violence.

A man was shot and killed near a motorcycle parts store located on Isidro Ayora Avenue in Sauces 8, northern Guayaquil . This violent incident occurred on the afternoon of Monday, September 14.

According to the National Police , the act was perpetrated by two men on a motorcycle, who shot at the victim, identified as Darwin S., 31 years old, who had no criminal record.

"Those responsible for the act, as well as the circumstances and possible motivations, are still under investigation by specialized units," the National Police stated.

On the other hand, the business reopened on Tuesday morning to serve some customers with whom they had outstanding obligations; however, one of its employees stated that as soon as those repairs were completed, they would close the business out of fear .
