Nikola Tesla is considered by many to be the greatest scientist of the 20th century. Many of the technologies used today or technologies in the development stages can be attributed to him. Tesla could power an entire city without wires and cables. He stated that the idea for this came from the Egyptian Pyramids (he believed he understood the secret behind them) and used this hidden knowledge for his Wardenclyffe Tower. He could demonstrate the problems with both Einstein's and Quantum theories and found a resolution for both.;

He invented HAARP; He invented a screen that could record dreams (something that DARPA has recently admitted to be in the development stages); Tesla stated in a speech that he knew how to send energy anywhere in the galaxy but would not elaborate because of it's inherent dangers and possible use for war. One of Tesla's protege's stated that he witnessed Tesla turn a solid metallic object transparent; Tesla also demonstrated to one of his protege's how to achieve anti-gravity. The list goes on and on.
