A man, identified as 23-year-old Mayco Pereira de Lima, died after being shot on Saturday night (19), at a restaurant in Matupá , 696 km from Cuiabá. Security camera footage of the establishment filmed the crime.

Footage shows the moment when the suspect arrives at the scene wearing a helmet and shoots the victim, who was on his back. Afterwards, the suspect runs away with the gun in his hand and the victim falls to the ground.

According to the Civil Police, the death of the victim was verified by the staff of the municipal hospital.

The Official Expertise and Technical Identification (Politec) was on site. Civil Police investigate the case.
