In a horrific incident, three motorcycle-borne assailanst shot two youth on Wednesday in Phulwari Sharif area in Patna, Bihar. The incident was recorded in a nearby CCTV camera. One the victim succumbed to the bullet injury.

The deceased has been identified as Vikas Kumar, a resident of Alampur village while the other one has been identified as Suraj, who is allegedly a crimilnal with over a dozen cases registered against him.
