fight between two women, both under 30 years old, in the sector known as Las Pulgas de Uribia, in the department of La Guajira. The confrontation, which resulted in bloody sharps injuries, has caused a strong reaction in the digital community .According to preliminary versions, the violent confrontation would have originated from a love conflict. The dispute reached its peak when one of the women made an angry claim, sparking a fight with chipped bottles as weapons. The graphic and disturbing images show heavy bleeding at the scene, while several spectators witnessed the fight without intervening, and it even seems that some encouraged violence .This disturbing behavior of the witnesses, who chose to record and motivate the fight instead of stopping it, has generated intense questions and reproaches on social networks. The community's morals have been called into question, with users condemning the lack of humanity and morbid interest in violence.Both women were taken to the Maternal Hospital to receive medical attention. However, one of them had to be referred to a medical center in Maicao due to the severity of a head injury . After receiving treatment, both were discharged. It should be noted that, so far, the authorities of La Guajira have not received reports of injuries from any of those involved in this brutal fight.The absence of official complaints and the dissemination of the violent video continue to fuel the debate about the morality and social responsibility of spectators in incidents of violence like this one. In these situations, the police can intervene and capture the aggressor based on preliminary evidence and eyewitness testimonies, even if there is no official complaint from the victim.
