Two scooter bandits purse snatch a woman purse in hopes of breaking the purse strap. she holds tight and falls to the ground stopping the biker thugs who then yank a few times and decide to take off with her still holding the purse being dragged down the street receiving terrible road rash possibly dragged to her death.
