Home surveillance cameras were rolling as two men carjacked and robbed a woman at gunpoint in her backyard last Thursday evening. Chicago police have not announced any arrests in connection with the crime.The 46-year-old victim was returning home after parking in her detached garage in the 9300 block of South Pleasant Avenue around 8:45 p.m. In the video, posted at the end of this story, the daughter exits their garage and heads toward the house. Her mom follows moments behind.As she nears the house, two men run up the driveway and knock her to the ground. One rips away her purse and rifles through it, while the other holds a gun to the fallen woman. They are heard demanding her keys as she screams.The offenders jumped into the family’s black Audi but couldn’t figure out how to start it, according to a source. They eventually drove away after one of the victims’ family members showed them how to operate the vehicle, according to a source.
