Workers on the roof of a building carry a big piece of sheet metal along the edge with one of the workers wearing a red shirt carrying it on the side above the sidewalk below.

During the placement the worker stumbles and looses footing and falls over the edge still grasping the metal as he falls to the ground. He lands hard with the metal crashing down on top of him.
