A policeman in Chishui, Guizhou Province, was caught in an ugly bind on Monday after a motorist attempted to skip past a checkpoint. Ignoring the stop sigh, the bike rider sped through. As the officer attempt to stop him, he got entangled and was dragged along. It was only when passersby banded together that they were able to contain the biker, who was subsequently punished with a 10-day detention.
