A speeding car crushed a woman while she was crossing the road with her husband in the district. Due to the strong collision of the car, the woman jumped to a great height and got stuck in the moving car and kept rubbing for a long distance. Due to which the woman died on the spot. After the collision, the car driver fled. The police is searching for the car and its driver.

The deceased's husband Raju Raikwar, a resident of Sagar Gate inside Laxmi Gate in Kotwali area, said that on Friday evening he had gone to see a relative admitted in a private nursing home located in Medical Road in Navabad police station area. After that his son Naresh left his 55-year-old wife Guddo Raikwar in the hospital and went back. At around 9 pm, he was crossing the road with his wife to go back home, when suddenly a speeding car hit his wife hard. Due to the collision, his wife first jumped to a great height and then got stuck in the same car. The car driver took her while rubbing for a long distance. The car driver stopped the car ahead and left the car there and fled.
