Dashcam date is wrong: happened Feb 24th

Dashcam footage has emerged that captured the moment a German expat crashed his motorbike and fell to his death from an overpass in Bangkok on Friday afternoon.

It is believed 39-year-old Christian Melzer was en route to hospital for treatment to a leg infection he’d only hours before been seeking advice on in a popular Facebook group when the accident happened.Police and rescue workers from the Por Tek Tung Foundation arrived at the scene in Lat Krabang District at around 5pm on Friday to find Mr Melzer laid in a grassy area below the overpass having suffered serious injuries in the 15 meter fall after colliding with barrier.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.
