The video of DKI Jakarta Transportation Service (Dishub) officers climbing onto the hood of a car is being widely discussed on Instagram. The video spread, even being uploaded by the General Chair of the Indonesian Motorcycle Association, Bambang Soesatyo. In the short video, the driver of the red Toyota Avanza who is filming is surrounded by officers.

The car was asked to be opened and the driver got out, the window was knocked and the door was forced open from the outside. The driver, who was asked to pull over, ran away with one officer riding on the hood. Finally the car stopped and the driver was taken to the Setiabudi Police Station.
