A 39-year-old woman died in an accident involving a truck and the motorcycle she was riding on the BR-101 highway, in Recife, Pernambuco state, Brazil.

According to the Federal Highway Police (PRF), the victim was riding a motorcycle for an app and the collision happened when the motorcyclist was trying to pass between two trucks. According to witnesses, the app motorcyclist was riding in a "corridor" between two cargo vehicles when she lost control of the bike.

Also according to witnesses, the motorcyclist managed to jump off the bike, but she ended up being hit by the truck.
