Three people were injured during an early-morning shooting at a Roanoke nightclub, police say

The shooting happened just before 1:30 a.m. Sunday at Status Restaurant & Lounge at the intersection of Williamson Rd. SE and Kirk Ave. SE.

Police say a woman and two men were hospitalized with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.

Investigators say their preliminary investigation indicates the shooting originated inside and there is evidence the incident continued outside the building.

Police say no arrests have been made.
