\45-year-old Jaswant Singh, also known as Soni Sardar, was fatally shot by two unidentified assailants on a motorcycle.

Singh, recently released on a 15-day parole due to good behavior, was serving a life sentence for a 2016 murder. Having come out on October 28, he was frequently seen walking around his neighborhood.

The CCTV footage shows Singh casually conversing with neighbors during his routine evening walk when two men arrived on a motorcycle. After a brief interaction, the attackers suddenly opened fire, shooting Singh multiple times before fleeing. Singh collapsed as the attackers fired a final shot and left the scene. Family members rushed him to a hospital in Gwalior, where he was pronounced dead.
