On the evening of September 28, a light-duty stake truck driven by a person surnamed Chen collided with a pedestrian, a 67-year-old woman surnamed Luo, who was crossing the road in the Mumujiaying Community section of Heming Town, Dayi County, Chengdu City. The accident caused damage to the vehicle, and Ms. Luo died after rescue efforts were unsuccessful.
