A man has been taken to hospital after falling from a building in Islington. Emergency services were called to Low Hill at around 1pm today (Friday, September 18), following reports of a concern for safety.

Police arrived to find a man on the roof of a building. He subsequently fell and has been taken to hospital, police said. Low Hill and Erskine Street were closed while emergency services dealt with the incident, with a cordon put in place. The road has now reopened, according to traffic monitoring site Inrix.
