On October 27, 2021, a biker crashed into a pole and died.

The biker was riding along Néstor Gambeta Avenue in the coastal Peruvian city of Callao. At night, a car driving on the road captured the moment that the biker rode past it, veered towards the railing, and crashed. As he crashed, the biker’s body slammed into a street lamp pole, causing fatal injuries.

The victim was identified as 34-year-old Edward Francis Gupioc Hilario. The next morning, experts from the Public Ministry picked up his remains and transferred them to a morgue in Callao.
