A Norilsk student tried to strangle and rape two women

A man suspected of assaulting two women was arrested in Norilsk, he tried to strangle and rape his victims. It turned out that it was a 23-year-old student who came there from another city for an internship.

The footage shows how a man attacks a woman, knocks her to the ground, throws a sack on her head and starts choking her. At some point, the attacker abandons the victim and runs away.
