Chicago. A 71-year-old man shot and killed outside an elementary school in Chinatown this past Tuesday afternoon. The man has been identified by family members as Woom Sing Tse.

The man was walking on a sidewalk near an elementary school when he was attacked randomly, being shot a total of seven times. At the time, police are unsure what prompted the shooting but have a suspect in custody.
