The mutilated body of an 80-year-old man was found in the backyard of the farm where he lived by a neighbour, who had stopped by the farm to greet the man. The body was missing the head and left arm, and the viscera was exposed.

According to his daughter, the elderly man lived alone, was frail, and had health problems. It is suspected he died of a sudden illness and his body was devoured post-mortem by an animal. However, there is still no information on what animal may have caused the attack.
