A dangerous stunt ended in a fatal accident on Tuesday afternoon (December 10) in the Santana neighborhood of Cariacica. A young woman, identified as Beatriz Santos, 18, was riding as a passenger on a motorcycle when she was thrown into the path of a car after the bike collided with it on José Sette Avenue.

The motorcycle was being driven by the victim's boyfriend, Thearlly Feu Santana. Surveillance footage shows that he was performing a wheelie when he lost control, veered into oncoming traffic, and collided with a car traveling in the opposite direction.

With the impact, the motorcycle driver was thrown into a store. Both he and his girlfriend were assisted, but Beatriz did not survive her injuries and died on the way to the hospital. Her body was taken to the Legal Medical Department (DML) in Vitória.

According to the police, the man did not have a driver's license, and the motorcycle had an expired registration. The police also reported that Thearlly had a criminal record for drug trafficking and had been released earlier this year.

On social media, the couple openly displayed their stunts. In several videos recorded by Beatriz, she showed her boyfriend performing wheelies on the streets of Cariacica. In some footage, she was even seen without a helmet.
