Las Vegas Metropolitan Police are investigating Sunday an argument that left one person dead on the Las Vegas Strip.At approximately 2:52 a.m., police responded to the 3700 block of S. Las Vegas Blvd after reports that a person had been shot at a business.Officers arriving on the scene located the victim who was transported to UMC and pronounced deceased.Investigators believe the victim got into an argument with the suspect, later identified as 25-year-old Malik Frost. At some point in the argument, Frost took out a handgun and shot the victim. As he was fleeing the area, a witness followed him and threw rocks at him which struck Frost on the head. In return, Frost shot the witness in the leg.Frost was taken into custody and transported to UMC for his head injury, and booked for Open Murder and Attempted Murder.
