A two-car crash sent an SUV careening onto a Harlem sidewalk, where it hit a pedestrian and slammed into a deli in a horrifying caught-on-video wreck Sunday evening.

The 6:30 p.m. crash on Broadway at W. 135th St. left the struck pedestrian with critical injuries, police said.

The gray Honda SUV was headed uptown on Broadway when it slammed into a white SUV going east on W. 135th St. The impact set off the Honda’s driver’s side airbags, and it veered onto the sidewalk.

One man managed to scramble out of the way, but a second couldn’t escape the Honda as it barreled into him, sending him flying through the glass of the nearby NYC Organic Deli.
