Philadelphia, PA - On May 17, 2015, at 10:40 am, the complainant, a 28 year-old female, was walking west on the 1900 block of Allegheny Avenue. Just as she approached Jasper Street, an unknown male approached her on a bicycle from behind and snatched her phone from her hands. When the suspect attempted to flee on his bike, the complainant grabbed him by his shirt after he fell off his bike. After a short struggle, the suspect pushed the complainant then fled and was last seen south on Jasper Street. No injuries were reported during this incident.

Suspect Description: Hispanic male, 20 years-of-age, light complected, beard, wearing a dark gray sweater, black pants with white designs on rear pockets, black cap with “WR” on the front, and riding a dark green mountain bike.
