In Buenaventura. In a security camera video, it is seen when a motorized vehicle is going along the Santa Mónica road, a carpati (a public passenger transport service jeep) passes by, the motorized vehicle to check his motorcycle that apparently was failing, and there comes the hitman. The subject, who was wearing a uniform apparently from some service or company on the dock, gets off the 'jipeto', approaches and looks at his face; Once he identifies him, he shoots him at point-blank range twice. The hitman would apparently be using a blank weapon, therefore, they presume that it could have been a warning or threat to the motorist. However, authorities do not rule out that the subject who was in uniform believed that shooting him nearby would kill him. The victim came out "well saved."
