All the money in Silicon Valley can't change the fact San Francisco is a hellhole now, filled with homeless junkies taking dumps on the sidewalks and smash and grabbers looting on a daily basis.

This situation is the ladder, where another thug walks into a Walgreens and robs it in broad daylight as people stand around helplessly. Well, not totally helplessly, one man tries to stop the miscreant and gets some bananas thrown at his head.

The chain has closed at least 10 stores in the city since the beginning of 2019, five of which closed in November 2021.
