Murder of Cielo Payares Pava, a 65-year-old woman, who was killed on Monday inside what appeared to be a public transport unit. The perpetrator, Andrés Fontalvo Arrieta, a 24-year-old assailant, killed in cold blood with a firearm during what was an attempted robbery.

The incident was captured on tape. This video shows Cielo in the front seats of the bus, when Fontalvo approaches with the intention of robbing the passengers. To intimidate the passengers, the assailant shoots the woman, who, with her eyes closed, is hit by the bullet, causing her instant death.

The police managed to capture the criminal in the Gardenias neighborhood, thanks to the intervention of the authorities and the recording of the crime.

The young criminal is facing trial for the murder of Cielo Payares, but is also linked to several previous crimes, including qualified and aggravated theft, as well as the illegal manufacture and possession of narcotics.
